3. Intellectual property
All elements present on this site (text, logos, visuals, graphics, structure, source code) are the property of D/Creators, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from D/Creators.
Deliverables provided as part of a service (servers, bots, visuals, graphic identities) are governed by the rights transfer terms agreed with each client when the order is placed.
Intellectual property of deliverables
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, exploitation rights and the full, commented source code of a build are transferred to the client upon receipt of the final payment. The delivered code may not be resold or redistributed to third parties without prior written agreement from D/Creators.
Third-party libraries and dependencies used in a build remain subject to their own respective licences, independent of this site.
D/Creators retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio (server name, screenshots, features), unless the client expresses written refusal.
4. Personal data & GDPR
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law ("Informatique et Libertés"), you have rights over your personal data.
Data collected
The site only collects data you voluntarily submit via the contact form: name or nickname, email address, subject and content of your message.
Purpose and recipient
This data is used exclusively to respond to your request and follow up on your project. It is sent by email to D/Creators via the form delivery service <strong>FormSubmit</strong>, and is never sold, transferred, or used for third-party commercial purposes.
Legal basis for processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the processing of your data is based, depending on the case, on: <strong>performance of a contract</strong> (data necessary to carry out a service: communications, server access, invoicing), your <strong>consent</strong> (when you voluntarily contact us via the form or Discord), or our <strong>legitimate interest</strong> (site security, spam prevention).
Retention period
Data submitted via the form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and follow up on the business relationship, and is then deleted or securely archived.

5. Cookies & trackers
This is a static site that does not use any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. No third-party tracker is used to analyse your browsing.
Only the fonts are loaded via Bunny Fonts (a CDN hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant) for the site's typography, and the contact form submission goes through the FormSubmit service. These third-party services may receive standard technical information (IP address, browser type) necessary for these features to work properly.
6. Terms of service
6.1 Scope
These terms apply to any order placed with D/Creators: Discord server creation or improvement, custom bot development, graphic design, or community management.
6.2 Quote and order
Each project is reviewed individually. A personalised quote (price, timeline, delivery steps) is provided to the client after discussion via the contact form, by email, or via a ticket on our Discord server. The order is considered confirmed once the client explicitly accepts the proposed quote (in writing, by email, or via Discord message).
6.3 Payment terms
Payment terms (amount, schedule, payment method) are specified in the quote and agreed upon by mutual consent before the service begins. A deposit may be requested before work starts for large-scale projects.
In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT does not apply: prices shown are net, VAT-exempt.
6.4 Timelines and delivery
The timelines given are good-faith estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of information provided by the client. Delivery is carried out via Discord (server access, bot or file delivery) with hands-on support to help you get started.
6.5 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began with the client's agreement, nor to goods and digital content made to the client's own specifications.
6.6 Hosting and third-party costs
For bot development services, bot hosting costs and any third-party API fees are not included in the service, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quote.
6.7 Changes and support
The number of adjustments included after delivery is specified in the quote. Any request for a major change beyond the initial scope will be subject to an additional quote.
6.8 Warranty of proper operation
Every service comes with a 14-day warranty of proper operation from the date of delivery, covering defects of conformity with the contractual scope (blocking bugs preventing the intended use). Two rounds of minor revisions are included within this period. Cases of force majeure and modifications made by an unauthorised third party after delivery are excluded from this warranty.
6.9 Post-delivery maintenance
After the 14-day warranty period, maintenance (bug fixes, updates related to Discord API changes) is subject to a monthly package or hourly rate, under a separate quote. In the absence of an active maintenance contract, the proper operation of the delivered bot or server is no longer guaranteed in the event of future changes to the Discord API or the third-party services used.
6.10 Cancellation, termination & refunds
- <strong>Cancellation by the client:</strong> the deposit paid remains with D/Creators. If more than 50% of the work has been completed at the time of cancellation, the remaining balance is still due.
- <strong>Termination by the client</strong> for a serious breach not corrected within 15 days of formal notice: refund pro rata to the portion of work not carried out.
- <strong>Termination by D/Creators</strong> for a serious breach by the client: same conditions, with the deposit remaining with D/Creators.
7. Liability
D/Creators does its best to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or omissions. D/Creators cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or its temporary unavailability.
D/Creators cannot be held liable for the consequences of misuse by the client of the servers, bots or elements delivered, nor for malfunctions originating from third-party services (Discord, hosting providers, external APIs).
For any service, D/Creators' liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question, and excludes indirect damages. The client remains solely responsible for content published and the moderation of their Discord server.
8. Governing law & disputes
This legal notice and these general terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, only the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction over the matter.
